Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse Celebrates Thanksgiving with Prix Fixe Menu NOV. 26

On Thursday, Nov. 26, in honor of Thanksgiving, Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse is presenting the following three-course prix fixe menu:

First course, choice of one ($11 each):

Liberty Salad

Caesar Salad

Brisket Chili

Second course, choice of one ($32 each):

Traditional Turkey Dinner with sliced smoked turkey (light and dark meat), green beans, chef’s stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce

Smoked Prime Rib with green beans, mashed potatoes, beef jus and horseradish cream

Brisket or Pork Shoulder with choice of green beans, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw or cornbread

Third course, choice of one ($12 each):

Apple, Pecan or Pumpkin Pie

This three-course menu is $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity; a la carte pricing is noted in parentheses. In addition, the following appetizers and seasonal cocktails will be available for purchase:

Shareables:

Firecracker Shrimp — Tempura-battered and served with Thai sweet chili sauce, $16

Tavern Tots — Yukon potato hash, cheddar and pepper jack cheese, and poblano cream, $13

Cheese Curds — White Wisconsin cheese and chipotle ranch, $13

Green Chili Pork Stew — Braised pork shoulder, pepper jack, roasted poblano and flour tortillas, $16

Cocktails:

Spiced Apple Old Fashioned with Maker’s Mark and spiced apple, $15

Spiced Apple French 75 with gin, spiced apple, fresh lemon and Campo Viejo Brut, $15
