We've been training the east side since July. Now it's time to celebrate properly.

Swing by the studio, meet our coaches, and see why small group strength training works when nothing else has.

What's happening:

Ribbon Cutting at 12p, followed by lunch

Studio tours and meet the coaching team

Free sample workouts (all fitness levels, no experience needed)

Grand opening giveaways
