About this event

A longer, immersive practice that weaves together dynamic movement, breath, meditation, sound, philosophy, and the subtler dimensions of yoga. The practice unfolds as one continuous arc, allowing the different dimensions of yoga to begin speaking to one another inside your own experience. This is a space to listen more deeply, explore beyond the surface of the mind, and enter into relationship with the mystery and depth woven through the practice and through life itself. For students who want to deepen their practice and experience the fuller dimensions of yoga and of themselves.
