About this event

StrongBodies is a community-based, physical-activity program that supports healthy aging across the lifespan and is open to anyone interested in this fitness education. StrongBodies offers twice-weekly sessions led by trained instructors. Participants follow a structured plan to strengthen all major muscle groups, working to gradually increase the weights used. Participants gain strength, improve mobility, and reduce the risk of conditions like osteoporosis, heart disease, and diabetes.

The Wisconsin StrongBodies Program empowers individuals of all ages to live stronger, healthier lives. Through community-based, strength-training programs, participants improve fitness, build strength, gain confidence, and connect socially—enhancing overall well-being.
