Beginning at 6pm, the evening opens with a Challah Bread Board and Smoked Butter, followed by a Lamb Bacon Bite paired with a Calvados Barrel Old Fashioned. The main course highlights a 5oz Prime Tenderloin with Smoked Celeriac, Oyster Mushrooms, Bone Marrow, and La Flamme Bourbon Jus, matched with the richly layered Black Metropolitan. Dessert closes the experience with a playful Chocolate Snap Krackle & Pop alongside a pour of J. Henry Bourbon.
